I’ve never really ventured into the field of baking muffins. I’ve got some time next week however so I’m planning to try out some recipes – Raspberry & White Chocolate muffins, Poppy Seed & Marmalade muffins and finally Pear & Toffee muffins. I’ll share the results here (when done!) and post some pictures up – fingers crossed!! 🤞
